This chapter analyzes in detail the funerary monuments built over thirty years by the brothers Augusto Cesar Volpi and Cesar Augusto Volpi, owners of an outstanding marble factory in Mexico City. This analysis is divided into three parts. A first, where we take up previous works to rescue them main biographical data, as well as list their main works. A second, where we carry out a quantitative analysis of funerary monuments of their authorship. Finally, in a third part, we make a first stylistic analysis. On the one hand, an example of funerary architecture designed by Augusto Cesar Volpi. On the other, we analyze a series of statues that the Volpi brothers used as decoration in some tombs and mausoleums.
