The progressive expansion of European competences, the process of hybridization of national law with European law and the evolution of jurisprudence have progressively determined the pre-eminence of European law over internal law. The present work investigates the institution of the disapplication of administrative acts as a tool for resolving conflicts between internal and European rules.
