This paper explores how movement literacy, read through the interdisciplinary lens of Medical Humanities, can respond to today’s educational emergencies caused by social inequalities, digital sedentariness and psycho-emotional fragility. By integrating body, emotions, technology and community, the new model proposed promotes resilience, inclusion and well-being, outlining teaching practices capable of promoting active citizenship and self-care.
