As a group of students and teachers, we undertook a collective effort to transform a piano concert into an immersive multimedia event. However, it was more than just that: keeping in mind various experiences and new theories about the potential transformation of the concert today, we delved deeply into the music program. By exploring the significance of the pieces, their roots in the era of their creation, and their connections with other arts, we aimed to enhance a multisensory experience through new technologies. By weaving together our assorted passions and skills, we created a performance where the works by Debussy and Skrjabin ignited a dialogue between fidelity to the artistic context of the early 20th century and connection with contemporary literature, painting, and cinema.
