This study concerns the international status of divided Italy in the period 1943-1945. It examines the study of the two States, called the Kingdom of Southern Italy and the Italian Social Republic of the Center-North (Republic of Salò), under the multi-party government of P. Badoglio in the South and the one-party government of B. Mussolini in the North. They were respectively regulated by the declaration of the National Liberation Committee (Bari 28/29 January 1943) and Verona (20-21 November 1943). The study concludes with a perspective of the period 1945- 2025, in the 80 years of the un and the new Euro-Atlantic alliances.
