                    The paper - starting from theoretical references regardingthe importance of reading illustrated picture books since early childhood - intentionally takes a methodological approach when exploring thetheme of emotions to highlight the capacity for learning and managingthem, promoting well-being and quality interpersonal relationships. The article focuses on the development of emotional education through the practice of reading picturebooks to give a sense of direction to our human form, our education, our self-care to build together answers for the future, starting from reflecting on the actions to be taken to re-design lives in an inclusive and transformative perspective.
